In cooperation with LEONINE Studios and LEONINE's subsidiary i&u TV, LOOPING GROUP developed a sophisticated 90-minute documentary series titled "Auf den Spuren der Macht" (On The Traces Of Power) for streaming platform RTL+, part of Germany’s largest private TV network RTL.
The show is hosted by Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg, former German minister of economics and defence. The series marks his first venture back into the spotlight, which generated massive media attention. It has been featured in various publications, including breaking news by BILD and a cover story in stern magazine.
“Auf den Spuren der Macht” offers a unique perspective on power and politics, – something especially valuable in times of multiple global crises and a flood of (mis)information.
The first episode focuses on Vladimir Putin and his grip on power. It features a broad range of national and international voices, including Russian opposition activists Pussy Riot and Garry Kasparov, former CIA director David Petraeus, Academy Award-winning director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck, actors Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko and his brother Wladimir and survivors of the Russian attacks on Butcha and Irpin.
